Shelburne Sailors Compete in Bay Wind Regatta
The Shelburne Sailing Academy is celebrating yet another successful weekend of competition at the Bay Wind Regatta in St. Margaret’s Bay. From July 21st to 23rd, nine Shelburne athletes demonstrated their ability to compete on an inter-provincial level. Overall, the club finished the weekend with two top-three results and many other successful standings.
In the Club 420 fleet, Savannah Taylor and Tanner Christie came out with a 1st place win, and Mason Bell and Sam Foss finished with an 18th place standing. Guy Tipton and Nick Williams finished with second place standing in the i420 fleet, and in the Opti Fleet, Rafael Pedro, Forrest Robinson, and Will Tipton all finished in the top 30.
